Me and my husband is under debt review since 2011, we both have smart loan accounts that we pay off, my husband account was paid up in july 2013. one of my accounts as well and i have one outstanding account that my debt counsellor is still making payments on.
My debt counsellor is struggling to get paid up letters from FNB, about two weeks ago FNB puts through an unauthorised internal debit order for the balance outstanding (according to them) on my Husbands account without any written notice to us, (the account was not even the original account which was used in the beginning to take the debit orders it was a separate savings account that we used), according to us that account is paid up. According to FNB they have decided in 2011 that our debt review was terminated cause they didnt agree with the payment terms. Thats not what my court order says.
now we cant seem to get our money back, FNB keeps insisting we owe them money. After nearly two years of receiving reduced payments now they suddenly wants money. How can i get my money back from them. it was my the last money i have on my name and it was my grocery money for the month. im under debt review for a reason.
