Debit Orders

I am a debt counsellor and my client stopped het debit orders and due to a confusion at work her salary was paid into her old account, now Mmabatho Mavhiane refuses to reverse the debit orders as a Notice of Motion and all the other notices from the debt review process means nothing to her, even if the said client accepted our proposal and had no objections. The court order will be granted on 9 December 2013, and still above refuses to reverse the debit orders.

I see this as very very bad service if a branch manager doesn't even understand the procedure of debt review.

I kindly request you to please contact the client in order for these debit orders to be reversed so that she can pay her debt review otherwise it will be terminated due to non payment which you refused to give to her. She can't even pay her rent!!!
