I am currently under debt review and Moneystar was sent papers by my debt review company informing them of that I am under debt review, but Moneystar continues to debit my account every month irrespective.
I have for the last 3 months reversed the debit order every time and I have blocked the debit order with my bank, BUT they have disregarded all procedures in place and they continue to debit my account every month. IF I COULD AFFORD TO PAY THEM BACK, I WOULD NOT BE UNDER DEBT REVIEW OBVIOUSLY, but they are STUPID ENOUGH TO HOUND ME AND DEBIT MY ACCOUNT.
THEY cannot garnish me because I have enough garnished in my pay slip and I have no property in my own name, so I will simply stop paying them and they will get their money IN because they are completely disrespecting me. ITS UNACCEPTABLE THAT THEY ARE DOING THIS TO ME.
