Good day.

I have a problem on hand and not a happy person with feedback I received.

I did a application for Vehicle fiance this morning, when I received mail back saying it did not pass criteria. I called wesbank to ask why... I was told that account was under debt review. When I stated account was paid up last year August and that I had my debt review rersigned last week. Court documents and 17.4 form was sent to all my creditors notifying them that debt review been resigned and for them to update records. I was asked to send these forms again. Which I did to fiance@wesbank, co.za. I got this responce back:

Good day Mr. Spencer, Thank you for your correspondence. Kindly note that due to the bad conduct of your WesBank account and Direct Axis personal loan we won't be able to assist you with vehicle finance. We will reconsider your finance application after five years from when both accounts were settled with us.

I kept to court order, paid before the time, paid the account off before the time.. So how can I be a bad paying and told to come back in 5 years... This is not in order... Debt review is removed by the court and NDRA... Please someone in top management respond.
