I have just spent 40 minutes waiting in the personal banking cue in which time only ONE person was helped after the first thirty minutes. The cue just kept getting longer and longer. I was then asked to move to the Enquiries cue where again, in ten minutes the cue didn't move at all! What would Nedbank do if they had the volume of clients that Absa do? How on earth am I going to get the document I need during my lunch break if your cues don't move? Are you short-staffed?
