Spent my lunch break with dineo who didnt help

Today i took 30 minutes of my lunch break and spent it with DINEO from absa alberton who said and confirmed teh change of my banking cell number.
now i want to pay my light bill but guess what? the rvn number goes to a number that i no longer use since 2010. call centre also cant change it they keep sending me to teh branch.
i am totally embarassed to say i bank with absa, honestly, im moving to fnb. if this isnt sorted out by end of business today, after 6 years as a loya client i cant do this anymore.
