I went to Nedbank Kemptorn Plaze on Monday and their service was so slow, I am seven months pregnant and I was forced to stand on a que for more than two hours, there were three consultants working at enquiries but they were very slow, thre was no 59 second eye contact or a Nedbank champion to assist on the que or to offer me a sit. this is not acceptable, I have been with Nedbank for a very long from the days of Peoples bank and I dont appreciate the service, not even the bank manager was there to check if were being helped or what? I was not happy still not happy and I want this to be addressed. I have been to Nedbank Festival Mall and I must say their Nedbank Champion is on top of her game and I was impressed with her responsiveness...
You need to sort this out or I will be forced to move my account to another bank where I will be appreciated and treated like a client.
This service is shocking for Nedbank which is the best bank and I would recomend it to my family and friends but the service needs to improve...
