So Nedbank Eastgate started a new "self-service" banking campaign. They probably spent millions yet requests are taking much longer to be completed. I have been sitting at the bank now for more then 45 minutes waiting to be served. Absolutely pathetic!!! I really should switch to FNB, Nedbank is proving to be useless when it comes to private banking.
Move in the right direction, you obviously failed with this implementation and I am surely other customers will agree.
