DEAREST NEDBANK, I GO TO THE BANK AT 5 TO 11 THIS MORNING TO GET A NEW BANK CARD. I AM FIRS IN THE QUE, AND STILL WAIT 40 MINUTES TO BE HELPED. WHEN A GUY DID TRY HELP ME, HE TELLS ME TO GO BACK TO THE QUE AS HIS SYSTEM IS DOWN! NICE ONE NEDBANK, I WILL BE CLOSING ALL MY ACCOUNTS WITH YOU. I HAVE BEEN WITH YOU SINCE FOREVER (OVER 10 YEARS). ALSO YOUR BANK CHARGES AND FEES ARE CRAZY. THIS WILL BE MY LAST MONTH BANKING WITH NO-SERVICE NEDBANK. CHEERS.
