Debit Order Reversals

Tried to reverse an unauthorized debit order on my account for the past three days now, bearing in mind that i could do it without any hassles, come my pay day and as per norm went to reverse the debit order, and alas could not be done, requirement: a letter from the "debitor", i could not believe my ears, my account is now being managed by 3rd party!! called the complaints department and after explaining my ordeal, was referred back to the branch, but when i got there instead of attending to my issue and a reversal done as promised, the draconian policy was re-analyzed while i sat there confounded, the team was busy playing a game of wits, as to who knew the policy better than the other, instead of attending to my issue, imagine the inconvenience, energy and time spent at the bank, (practically the whole day) they kept referring to the policy which they themselves do not understand, to make matters worse is there was no proper comms done and neither was there ample notice given to clients to adjust to the said policy, not to mention the level of incompetence, and professionalism, such is not acceptable at all, i need compensation for the time wasted and my issue resolved ASAP
