Pathetic service - Pathetic tunaround times - Communication - Non existant!
Since November 2012 I have been battling with this poor excuse of a department, they have not once adhered to their turnaround times and service levels are non existant and still waiting for an approval to proceed...
I regret the choice to stick with my bank whom i have banked with for more than 10 years!
