I had a policy with FNB insurance, I have cancelled the policy due to a 100% increase, because I had a claim on the policy for my vehicle that was written off. Neo at FNB insurance told me that I should not cancel my debit order and that I would be refunded in 5 days after the debit order as gone off. Today is the 14th day, and still nothing has been paid back to me. I have to phone them every day and all they can say is I have to be patient. I am very upset and feel that people should know that this is the way they treated there customers. They making promises and do not stick to it. If I knew this would be the matter, I would have reverse the debit order at my bank, but Neo told me because its an FNB product I could not stop the debit order. this is really frustrated!!!
