Have not received refund

I booked a ticket in Oct 2012 to fly to George in Dec 2012. A week later 1Time filed for a liquidation. All flights were cancelled and I'm still waiting for my refund. I have not received any feedback from 1Time or from The National Consumer Commission about this situation. I paid close to R4300 by EFT for a return ticket...
