1Time Airlines - online transaction

I made an online EFT payment to 1Time Airlines on the 29th October 2012.
1Time failed to honour the transaction due to liquidation. After communication with FNB, Sikhakhane Ntokozo, I completed and emailed a Letter of Dispute to the Debit Card & Dispute Resolution Department on the 5 November 2012. I have received no further communication to-date.
I contacted FNB Dispute Resolution on the 9 January 2013 and was told that due to this being an online transaction it must be handled by online banking.
Online banking does not handle any reversals after 30 days, which is now exceeded.
I would clasify this transaction as as 1Time had no intention of honouring their service, but FNB is not prepared to reverse the transaction.
