In October 2012 I booked 2 tickets on 1time airlines using my Diners Club card,
the flight was from JHB to Durban on 11 November 2012. The airline went into liquidation the week before the flight, so I called Diners only to be told that they are a charge card and not a credit card and basically that I would get no help from them.
I later saw an article which said to email their customer service department with the details, and subject "1Time Airline Dispute".
The automated response said I would hear from them in 2 working days.
It has been over 3 weeks and there's been response what so ever.
I don't feel safe using my Diners card anymore and would definitely not renew it or recommend the card to anyone.
