1time refund

I enquired about my 1time flight refund. I emailed Menlyn (15 & 20 January 2013), no response I phoned him and he referred me to Jawadda who said I must email my statements they cannot find my booking to refund my money. I did that 10 minutes later on 24 January 2013. I emailed Menlyn again on 30 January 2013 because I had no feedback or refund, still no response. I would like to know if they received the fax and when will my money be refunded. The flight was on 28 December 2012.
