I was in possession of a airline ticket for a flight on 1 time airlines on the 10th of December, returning on the 24th. Although the ticket was paid for by way of EFT, I was informed that I could lodge a claim with their disputes/ department (this was by their call centre) further to the liquidation of 1time. I accordingly faxed the appropriate documents to their disputes department on 5 November 2012.
I received no response to my complaint above and therefore visited the Thibault branch of the bank on 21 November. One of their employees assited me to lodge my claim afresh, indicating that I should receive a refund.
I have since not received anything from the bank. I have been a loyal client of the bank, but this type of service is unacceptable. I have not even been informed whether or not my claim has been rejected.
