1time credit reversal FAILED!!!

After 1time was liquidated in October 2012, I followed the necessary steps to have the credit card payment reversed. This included filling in the necessary dispute resolution forms as well as sending them to the fax number (the only details that were given to me) WITHIN the required 3 month period. Incidentally, no one mentioned that there are only 3 months within which this needs to be completed, and I don't see a disclaimer to this effect on my credit card statements, as rather arrogant call center agent insisted I would find it there. Now, to no error of mine, and after much chasing on my part (reference numbers to prove this), I learn that this money will not be paid to me as I did not complete and forward the required documents within three months of the liquidation taking place. I have no proof of a fax sent in November, and I think you would be hard pressed to find many people who would keep a fax report of that far back. Without this proof, I am told that i won't see this money (R2700)!!! Why should I not get my money back when I have done everything on my part properly and failure to process documents on your part have rendered my attempts null and void???
