This relates to the 1time refunds offered by FNB after the insolvency of 1time. I filled out a form and faxed it three times, although only the last one was the correct one because I paid with a cheque card and not a credit card (they neglected to tell me this the first two times). After my initial submission of application for the refund in November until now I have not been sufficiently helped by FNB. The standard answer is that I need to fax the document again, after which it disappears without being actioned.
I hereby request FNB to kindly process my application and pay me the refund.
