NO RESPONSE FROM OMBUDSMAN

ALTHOUGH I HAVE POSTED SEVERAL REPORTS REGARDING MONEY WHICH WAS WITHDRAWN FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 14/11/2012, A PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS HAS TRANSPIRED AND YET I HAVE RECEIVED NO WRITTEN INDICATION OF THE OUTCOME. ALTHOUGH I ALWAYS RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM THE SUPPLIER ON MY COMPLAINT, I AM NEVER CONTACTED TO SORT OUT THIS MATTER. THE LAST REPORT WHICH WAS MADE ON 31 JANUARY 2013 WAS ACKNOWLEDGED, BUT NO-ONE HAS AS YET CONTACTED ME. I SUBSEQUENTLY REPORTED THE MATTER TO THE OMBUDSMAN ON TWO SEPERATE OCCASIONS, WITH NO RESULTS. IT WAS ONLY STATED THAT THE MATTER HAS BEEN HANDED OVER TO AN ADJUDICATOR. THIS IS ABSOLUTE POOR SERVICE AS I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT FOR MANY YEARS.
