Still no feedback since Feb 2012

Good day,

I have contacted Barrett & Associates this morning @ 8:10 to enquire what this matter is about, so they have informed me that I owe FNB R2650, to my shock I said that is impossible as I have been liaising with you guys for the past few months to get the call recording that was made on the 27th of July 2011 @ 9:30 with regards to the lady that told me that I only have to pay R346 and this account will be paid up.
So my question is why hasn't anyone contacted me with regards to a resolution since I logged my queries on numerous occasions,
