Hi had case with my insurance and my insurance was giving me the problem i had to forward my matter to the ombudsman as i hope that my matter will be resolve in a positive way, every time i get the respond from the ombudsman i only get the forward information that comes from the insurance no question or argument on the matter. it seems like the ombudsman is buying what ever is said from the insurance without any question. my claim was rejected and i had to pay thousands of money for the storage while its was not my fault for the car to stay there for long, as the matter took 6 months at the ombudsman.
