Poor systems and inefficient staff

Good Day
After initially applying on line for a credit card I was contacted by FNB who requested that I send through payslip / bank statements and copy of ID. I did this on Monday 18th February. This morning I finally get called by FNB and we go through the whole process of doing the ITC check, setting a credit limit, informing her where to deliver the card etc.

One of the questions asked was "do you want e bucks" to which i said no. No sooner had i hung up than i get an sms from FNB saying "Welcome to E Bucks". I then try and speak to FNB to inform them i didnt want this to which i was shunted to 3 different places where nobody seems to be able to help. Worse still, FNB cant find any record of the phone call where we set up the required information on the account???

I then spoke to new card applications and said cancel the application which she said she would do. I never got any confirmation of this inspite me requesting this from Lauren at 9h08 this morning. I wanted this card as an alternative but it seems FNB just dont have their house in order to the extent that i have no idea what is going on.
