My agreement with Clientele was that they debit money from my bank account on the last day of the month, which they did finee until recently when just they decided to debit my account any day from the 25th of day month without prior consent even the increase was not communicated. Did someone at clientele wake one morning and decided "aah lets debit that loser's hard earned on the day we see fit? "! now they went in on the 22nd and tried to debit money leading to return/failed debits which the bank charge me! my question is WHO GAVE THEM THE RIGHT TO DEBIT MY BANK ON THE DAY THEY SEE FIT? WHO IS GOING TO PAY THE BANK THE REVERSE PAYMENT? I FEEL THIS IS BREACH OF CONTRACT. if they fail to honour the original agreement best we part ways i'll join another service provider!
