Too incompetent to get a new custome

After applying online for a new credit card from FNB I was pre-approved and contacted with a request to send through my documentation which I did. Literally weeks later I was contacted again saying that it was approved and that I should let them which branch to deliver my card so I can pick it up? So apparantly they do not deliver the card to your door as they say in the ads. I was then told that the credit card is not yet ready because they want another copy of my ID. I sent them another copy. I was contacted saying that apparantly the quality of the ID was not good enough. So I sent through another and another and another. Basically this went on for months, everytime FNB asks for a copy of my ID and everytime I send through another one, all of them great quality. Finally after many months I receive an sms saying my application failed because I did not send through a copy of my ID. Honeslty? I did not fail to send through a copy, you guys were simply too incompetent. Then again if this is the pathetic service offered by FNB, perhaps I am better of without them
