Annual E Bucks Fee

This morning i woke up to check my accounts, just to find that suddenly there was money gone on my credit card, went in to transactions and saw R200 "Annual E Bucks fee" what the is this? when i first joined i did not pay a joining fee, was not informed of any so called Annual renewal E bucks fee of some sort, i am very disappointed with FNB, i didn't even received a notification of this transaction going off from my credit card. And then they keep on bragging about so called free reward that they are giving, but whats free when you need to pay almost more a year then what your earning in E Bucks? If been with FNB since my school days, always referring people to FNB due to the service i got from them, but seeing this i will think twice before referring people to FNB again.

I had a deep thought about this and im thinking of canceling my E bucks as well as my Credit card with FNB due to this.
