LAIRS - E-BUCKS IS NOT FREE!!!

I am disgusted to discover that I have been completely ripped over the years. FNB claims to offer a fantastic service with FREE e-bucks, up to 15% off petrol, groceries blah blah blah.
I received a sms stating my credit card limit is over, I am now concerned so I check my statement to discover a deduction of R200 for an annual e-bucks feeWHAT THE this is a free service and furthermore I can not find anywhere in your FAQ's stating this charge although I can find answers about e-bucks being FREE. Then to top it off I get a further R230 deducted for my balance being over the limit because of the original thieving deduction.
1. FNB tell me why I did not receive an SMS for the E-Bucks Annual Fee deduction?
2. Tell me why there is a fee for a FREE service?
3. Tell me why I must pay an over the limit fee for you deducting money for something that is free causing the over limit of the card I was confident is actually being maintained well.

YOU HAVE R430 FROM ME, WHO ELSE HAVE YOU TOO!!!
Your call centre does not help as no-one in management is available to speak to when the agent is not helpful.

Reverse the charges IMMEDIATELY!!!
