Accident happened on the 5 Nov. 2012 where a supplier Tjs Lekka Braai drove into my 2005 Toyota corolla 1.4
On the 9 Nov 2012 had an appointment with Cindy where i the gave her all the nessesary details of the accident. On numerous occasions i contacted her telephonically (poor responce). After alot of phone calls she told me that there is a letter that she must give me, but never did she tell me what the letter was all about. So i gave her my email address and that was the begiining of February to date i have received NOTHING and no follow up calls from Cindy to enquire if i received any mail.
On Thursday the 21 February 2013 time round about 12:15 where she promise to send the letter via email. Later the afternoon she was called again as no email had arrived yet, after the second call she then promise to send it immediately. No response!!!
Im sitting now with a problem my car is demange, has not yet been repaired dew to bad service of LegalWise.
The car is starting to show signs of rust where it was damange, water is leaking into the car and was also warned twice by traffic officers cause the lence is broken dew to the accident.
