Unfinalised claim due to unavailable e-mail

I had an accident on 18 January. Miway informed me that my car was written off about 8 days later. I spoke on the phone with a consultant and gave him all of the important and necessary detail concerning the accident. We spoke on the phone numerous times. After about 8 days I was notified of the amount that will be paid out to me. After numerous conversations on the phone concerning the accident, AGAIN giving him all the information I also sent all theinformation via email to the consultant. After a day or two I was informed that he didn't receive my email. I sent it again and made sure that the fault was not with my email, I sent all the documents from both my mother's email and mine. I waited again, I called the consultant to try and find out what is going on and whether my emails have been received. I spoke to a different consultant and sent my email to this person as well. This morning I was called and told that I should send the email again and I asked to be phoned back at 14:00 (Wednesday 6 Feb.)I phoned Miway again this afternoon, but like many times before only got through to voicemail. They get back to me but still I have to wait and I am desperate, without any means of transport
