I phoned Legalwise Bellville, because I had a problem with a engin which I bought from a mechanic. Sure they can help me, I must send them a letter with all the details, which I already did the 30th of October 2012. After numerous e-mails and phone calls, they promise to phone back - unfortunately it's only empty promises. In the meantime I'm paying for a bakkie that's standing and nobody's willing to help.
No consumer act protecting the vunerable person (in my case a woman). Everybody wants their money at the end of the month, but no service what so ever.
If the Legal system lets you down, where can I go to now?
