Wrong information and time consuming service

Membership nr1188855.I want my R5000 deposit back from a catering service & asked Legalwise for assistance in June but got no LEGAL ACTION done this far. Cindy handled my case first & told me she will go on leave but will MAKE SURE my case is handed over & a letter of demand will be sent before she goes. I called Allison who took over from her but she said a file was never opened for me. She sent a letter to the accused, it was returned to sender. I have been misinformed by them, misled with wrong information & she has been saying alot, but i can see NO RESULTS.I informed her supervisor, emailed customer care & customer service but got no reply or apology from them. Allison called me EVENTUALLY, said that an email will be sent & she will cc me in it but called a day LATE & said that their secretary is too busy to type my letter & I am still waiting almost two weeks after she said it will be done? This procedure has been stressful & time consuming & I feel that they are incompetent of doing their job properly at Legalwise because of lack of information given to clients, no proper feedback & wasting my time! That makes them automatically unprofessional! TALK IS CHEAP, WHERE IS THE LEGAL ACTION??
