Since joining Legalwise on the 03 May 2013, I have not received assistance, as promised by the Legalwise branch situated at Ghandi Square, Johannesburg.
I was promised by the consultant at the branch, that a letter will be sent on my behalf, regarding my complaint, about monies owed to me by another individual.
I contacted the consultant on several occasions with regards to the matter.
My last appointment was on the 10 September. I was told the post office was on strike & the letter could not be sent??? I cannot believe that the post office has been on strike since the 03 May 2013. I still receive all my post. I wonder how that is possible.
I want my policy cancelled immediately & all my funds, since my debit order started, to be re-funded. Policy Number : 11703188.
LEGALWISE DID NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE TO ME SINCE MY DEBIT ORDER COMMENCED..
YOU CANNOT JUST TAKE PEOPLES MONEY, AND NOT RENDER A SERVICE.
