Claim being ignored

I have salary protection since feb 2012 i was retrenched in oct 2012 i have sent in al my papers to FRANK and phoned them all the time but guess what when i had to receive funds on the 25th of jan NO FUNDS after phoning i was told there was never a claim logged and i will have to send all the stuff again... so here i sit still looking for work no income with a year old child and thats what you get with for paying your FRANK every month bunch of money seekers FRANK stands for
