Great Service

I was booked for an assessment by my insurance - 1st for Women for 8:45am. I only made it here at about 9:15am, 30min later. I was met by a friendly face, with no sign of irritation or fustration seeing that I had not even called to say I was running late, given that I did not have the assessment centre's contact number on me.

I was warmly welcomed by Nirdosh and offered coffee while he carried out the assessment which was quick. Shortly thereafter, he called me to take me through what he would be sending through to my insurance.

I was quit impressed with the service level provided. I hope I won;t be coming back for an assessment but if I were, touch wood, I would gladly request to be assisted yb Nirdosh once more.
