CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NON EXISTANT

I've moved from Discovery Vitality to Momentum Multiply, over December as the service between my medical aid and discovery was no longer available. Little did I know, that the option available for me (to move to Momentum Multiply) would be my worst night mare. The implementation of this solution was chaotic, first the communication was missing, then when it came through it was conflicting with reality. We were communicated the wrong monthly payments and later (after joining) told this is the new figures. All my data/ statuses that I had before was lost. Then I was debited incorrectly because Momentum Multiply did not communicate to Virgin active. And i've not once been able to get through to the Momentum Multiply call centre (as personally I do not think it exist), there is always the same message that says we are experiencing EXTREMELY high volumes of calls (wonder why) and if you would like to leave a message then one of our (non existing consultants) will call you back and they never do, they don't answer and they don't live up to their promise. I'm very disappointed with the service that I have received to date. I really hope they have the decency to call me back after this
