Inconvenience to me

I have a loan with Bruma finance, they were sent a copy of 17.1 by my debt counsellor on the 5/02/213, and they were not supposed to debit my account since they received the letter. So on the 20th I was debited by them and when I queried it was told to send an email to the legal department which I did. This morning i call Mbali the lady that had responded to my email, who tells me they did get the letter however they have a lot of work & will only get to my query tomorrow and they might not even refund me. I have a negative balance on my account unpaid fees which obviously they will not pay back. I would have not gone to a debt counsellor if i could still pay them & if my financial situation had not changed to the worst at home. Can they please give me back my money today this is a serious inconvenience to my and my finances.
