I was in an accident on Wednesday the 20th February. I did not know what to do. I phoned virgin money on Friday. I thought this will be bad and too late to report. However my first call to an agent was as pleasant as ever, I was put through each department who helped tremendously. I then go through the claims department where I spoke to Ashraf Salie. He was so kind, understanding. he explained everything to me in detail.
He made the conversation fun and clear. His questions were clear and precise.
