Debit order transactions

I have a personal loan with Nedbank and our agreement is taht the loan goes off on the 25th of every month. And this month they just decided to debit me today 22nd of February without my consent or communication. I do not have any monies in my account therefore i phoned them.and asked them to reverse the transaction. The reason i got for the early debit transaction was taht most people are getting paid today. I further expalin what at stake here (1) Returned debit order which means the bank will charge me R125 penalty for a returned debit. (2) it implicates a bad credit record and im in the process of applying for a home loan. They told me there is nothing they can do even though they admitted its an error from their side. They told me that if tehy reverse then it wont go off on the 25th meaning i will be double debitted in March which seems will be the case anyway as i dont have any monies in my account. Needless to say the agents were not help or friendly for that matter seeing the error is on their sde. They kept sending me from pillar to post. I have always paid my account in time and it is sad that i recieve this kind of treatment
