Non Delivery of FNB Checque Account Card

I have recently opened a Platinum Cheque Account with FNB online, a process which went very smoothly.
I was notified that my card will be delivered by a courier company named CCD.
I received the first call from CCD on Tuesday 19/02/2013 to make arrangements to deliver the card to me by Friday 22/ 02/2013. Today I received another call from CCD telling me that they are fully booked for Friday 22/02/2013 and therefore they can only deliver on Monday 25/02/2013. I told them that I need to have the card no later than the 22/02/2013 as I will not be the county for the whole of next week.

Secondly my salary date is the 25th of the month, this means that I will not have access to the funds in my account for the whole week as I will not have the card with me.

The person at CCD simply said there is nothing they can do as they are fully booked so they can't deliver the card. She seemed not at all concerned about the fact that I would be stuck without access to funds in my account in a foreign country for the whole week.

It is clear that the people at CCD do not care about FNB's customers, FNB should chose suppliers carefully as CCD clearly do not meet acceptable standards.
