I have a complaint regarding an attorneys company which firstly when you call after made payment the phone never gets answered then by sending an email is your only option to speak to them.
I have consolidated my debts on the 03rd January 2013 and I add two accounts with them which was a gym called body-lab in kempton park which I requested a settlement letter last year before Christmas and I was given a call from my HR department informing me that they want to Garnish me for an amount of R7151 from my salary immediately. I refused as well as my employer refused and requested that they reduce it. I then gave them a call I spoke to a lady and she sent me an email from Morgan Vorster and they loaded a garnish of R717. I paid R7181.84 on the 3rd January 2013. I waited for their call regarding my account and no did call me until I tried several times.
I had paid off my SA Multi loan R4692.95. This month they had the audesity to take R350 plus a Garnish of R717 without advising me about my query/complaint. Until today I did not get a response. I am not happy with this treatment I got and the way this is handled in a less urgency.
