I have made enquiry with customer assist on the 19 February 2013 requesting the adjusment of installment for my home loan account up unti today 25/04/2013 I have not received any feedback from standard bank, I have phoned several times just to find the outcome of my request but the answer I get is that they have a backlog manager will contact me... like seriously a backlog of 2 months such an organisation like standard bank I'm sorry but I feel like I am just a drop n the ocean ..the treatment I have received from standard bank lately is really disgusting..I hope one day sometime this year a Manager eventually will get to my file and do contact me.
