Standard Bank - no response & huge inconvenience

My Advanced Loan took 28 days to approve. Standard Bank advertise a turn around time of 10 days!!!

On 15 February 2013, I received an e-mail from Standard Bank Customer Assist that confirmed that my documents had been sent to 'anonymous' at Standard Bank Keywest Branch. I then received a call from
"anonymous" from CCAfulfillment (Standard Bank Customer Assist) and we agreed that I would go into the Keywest Branch on Saturday 23/02/2013, with my Settlement letters and then all my creditors would be paid off from my "Advance Loan" account.
I went into Standard Bank Keywest on Saturday (23/02/13) and it was confirmed that the "anonymous" lady there had not yet received my documents for my Advanced Loan, so I was turned away.

This really has caused a huge inconvenience for me.
I had already told most of my creditors that my loans/accounts would be paid off
on Saturday the 23rd of March. Now my debit orders will be going off again and they will be returned and
I will have Creditors bugging me the whole week for payment PLUS I will have to request all the Settlements letters again - (this is a timely procedure and I don't have time to waste).

Please can someone contact me urgently
