Hi FNB
Since this is the only way to get a reply from you in writing even thou I'm a premier banking client (I know I'm thinking of switching to another bank)
I recently had to transfer money to a linked fnb account. To my surprise the funds only showed as received the next day. Making it worse the debit orders for that same day the funds reflected were returned. I just need to ask what's your policy on this?
The branch manger at the northmead square. Says that there is nothing they can do about this as funds were transferred after banking hours (your bank does not open Sundays). Also since the debit orders are electronic they first process payment before receipts giving the client the bad deal. Is this FNB's policy?
