I am writing to report that i requested settlement of account discount from African Bank and they refuse to give me that saying that i have only paid interest on the account, now here is someone that wants to be taken out of debt and they can not help, I have honoured all my credit agreements with them in the past, talk about loyal customer and they do not want to help me now and clear my credit, i am looking at my credit life and want to be out of debt, the answer they gave me is not clear that they rather give discounts to consumers that can not pay their debts or handed over, I need assistance in this regard urgently.
