Its so annoying to sit and think in 2weeks they couldn't give us proper feedback. today they say they recapturing everything. i mean the documents were faxed to you from inside the standard bank branch. how do you not capture information correctly. now you wasted 2weeks of my time? how much longer must i wait. i bank with standard bank and to think this is the nonsense i get in return. is this customer service? its pathetic really.
you need to wake up and actually make sure the people you employ can read and type correctly in the least be competent to the job. I`m furious with the way you are handling my bond application.
