Bad comunication and processing of Bonds

I'm in the process of registering my forth property with a bond with Standard Bank. I consistently had problems with them due to poor communication and a incompetent back office staff when either applying or processing a bond. They require documentation that has already been motivated delaying the transfer process. I was amazed how easy the process actually is when my business partner applied and purchased his property with a FNB bond. If you want a hassle free bond application and work with a competent institution, DO NOT MAKE USE OF STANDARD BANK.
