Standard Bank vs FNB

Oh my what have I done! Moved from FNB Platinum to Standard Bank Prestige. Both banks offers absolutely horrendous service.
Applied for a bond with Standard Bank on the 31 January 2013. On the 11th they tell me only the valuation is outstanding and confirmation of employemet (btw with my daily calls to them I confirmed my contact details).
Today the 14th the bond application has been closed due to plans not being handed in and they couldn't contact me as they don't have my contact details.!!! They knew from the day of application that I was buying in a development and that the house was just about finished!

Now my sales agreement has expired, no bond and I moved my banking to them. The very NOT so helpful rude staff with the I couldn't give a @# attitude just says, reapply for the bond or wait 5-8 working days for the complaint to be dealt with.
I can't believe the service from them, Std Bank don't care, FNB does the talk but not the walk. No idea where to go. Anybody know what to do with my 60k a month account?
