Poor service delivery

Car accident happened 14 February 2013 car towed to assessment centre same day. Claim logged with Virgin Money 15th February 2013. No follow up call received to confirm car received an assessment centre. I called myself 21 February to find out what the assessment amount is and was told they had not even booked the assessment yet. This is a whole week wasted where I am without transport. The response received it that the assessment yard was aware that the car is there but where waiting for Shameema to book the assessment. Left a message with Mmabatho Mpuru for Shameema to call me back with an explanation.

My previous claim with Virgin Money was equally incompetent. Not really what I would expect from an otherwise well respected brand.
