I took a loan for building material on 9/11/2012 and at the time I was getting paid weekly, i then requested them to debit my acc on a weekly basis and they have been taking r306.75 as soon as the contract started... 4weekly payments for Nov were received, 4weekly payments for Dec were received and 4wekly payments for Jan were also received I then called on 27th of Jan requested Sharon a call centre consultant to, change my debit order date to the 20th and take the full instl instead of weekly starting from Feb and she said my acc would be up to date cause all for payments were made. Today I receive a statemwnt from Real people saying my account is in arrears, how? when? When I have been making payments accordingly. This is a rip off and this is uncalled for cause even now I just spoke to Babalwa Sobikela a consultant there she also didnt understand why the acc is in arrears. I need you to rectify this and update my ITC accordingly cause this does not go in line with the consumer protection act please get your facts right.
