Yet again I find myself having to resort to this form of complaining to get my query across. I took up a consolidation loan, was promised that within 8 months, upon the start of me taking up the consolidation loan my accounts would be paid up by real people. Most of the accounts were paid for& the one importand account being my vehicle arrears are still outstanding & have thus accrued interests! I called the call centre & was put on hold for 20minutes after relaying my story to the lady that answered who then told me she would have to transfer me to the relevant department and @ that stage I just needed to know the progress of my accounts that should have been paid for!
I demand letters of all the paid up accounts, for real people to explain why the vehicle arrears have since not been paid as promised& what will be done about the accruing interests on the vehicle. I have been a loyal client and all the loans I have ever taken with real people were always paid up. If my account is not paid for by the end of August, I will terminate the contract & reverse all payments that real people have paid for me thus far and another customer will be lost!
